Privacy Policy

This is a good-faith template. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel — and align it with GDPR / UAE PDPL obligations — before relying on it commercially.

1. Who we are

ANQA OS RMS ("we") provides a hotel revenue management platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, hotel and role, authentication identifiers.
  • Hotel operational data you upload: historical occupancy, ADR, revenue, room-night, and competitor rate records. This is aggregate performance data and should not include guest personal data.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, IP address, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

Please do not upload personal data about individual guests. The Service is designed to work on aggregate performance figures.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service — authenticating you, enforcing per-hotel access, generating forecasts, pricing recommendations, and alerts from your data, and improving reliability. We do not sell your data. Where an AI copilot is enabled, your questions and a summary of your metrics may be sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure providers to run the Service (for example, database/auth hosting and application hosting) and, when enabled, an AI model provider. These process data on our behalf under contract.

5. Security

Access is scoped per hotel and enforced both in the application and at the database (row-level security). Traffic is encrypted in transit. Credentials are never stored in plaintext by us, and sensitive guest personal data (such as phone numbers) is encrypted at rest under a key held outside the database.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep Your Data while your account is active. You can export or delete your own personal data at any time from your profile page (Privacy & your data) — no need to contact us — and requests are honored subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise access, export, and deletion yourself from your profile page; contact us for anything else.
